Which size fits?
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, right where the collar will sit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and the fur.
How to measure properly
No tape measure to hand? Wrap a piece of string around the neck and then measure it with a ruler.

How do I find the right size?
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, right where the collar will sit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and the fur. S fits 19–26 cm, M fits 25–36 cm and L fits 34–52 cm.
How many letters fit on the collar?
Depending on the size, 6 (S), 8 (M) or 10 characters (L) fit on a collar. Paw, heart, flower and star are also available as symbols.
Is the collar really waterproof?
Yes. The PVC-coated webbing doesn't absorb water and doesn't smell. After the lake or a muddy walk, just wipe the collar clean and it looks like new. The D-ring is made of zinc alloy, the buckle of plastic.
Can I reorder individual letters?
Yes, each letter costs €2 and is available individually: A–Z plus paw, heart, flower and star, in 7 colours.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are pre-orders. When an item ships is stated with it; if an order comes from two deliveries, we send it in two parcels and cover the second postage. After that: 2–3 business days within Germany, 3–5 to Austria, 4–8 to the rest of the EU. Free from 39€.
