Redeeming
Simply enter the code from the email at checkout. The amount is deducted straight away, and any remaining balance stays on the code.
Validity
The gift card is valid for at least three years and can be redeemed in all countries we deliver to.
Delivery by email
All orders are pre-orders. When an item ships is stated with it; if an order comes from two deliveries, we send it in two parcels and cover the second postage. The gift card arrives by email straight after purchase. If you choose a date, we'll send it to the recipient on that day. There are no shipping costs.

Which size fits?
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, right where the collar will sit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and the fur.
How to measure properly
No tape measure to hand? Wrap a piece of string around the neck and then measure it with a ruler.
